In this highly collaborative design-build effort, Layton constructed the stadium addition and renovation that added an east grandstand with 5,000 seats, replaced the track and field, and revamped concessions areas, four locker rooms to accommodate 200 athletes, athletic training facilities, restrooms, officials’ locker rooms, ticket office, plaza, and a solar panel canopy.
