With more than 62 national brands and a dozen restaurants and quaint eateries, this high-end outlet landmark boasts Spanish Colonial-style architecture and finishes. The 52-acre coastal site spans the distance of two busy interchanges along the I-5 freeway, which presented unique challenges for access, staging, and utility work. Renewable energy was a priority for the client and through conventional and innovative methods, Layton installed several sustainable features throughout the project.
