Center 53 | Phase I

Layton was selected to complete Security National's multi-phase campus development. The corporate park created 1,000,000 SF of urban fringe offices, modeled for a blend of density development, with parking structure solutions, common site user amenities, and common streetscape and landscape treatments. Phase 1 of the project incorporates green building strategies and includes a six-story Class A office building core and shell and a four-story parking structure. Office amenities include a fitness center and café.
