Refined student living.
Designed to replace the existing student housing and provide apartment-style options for student that choose to live on campus, this project consisted of the construction of three single-student dormitory units and one single student apartment building, totaling 210 rooms that house 420 students. Located on a remote, north shore location on the island of Oahu, Layton was involved in preconstruction for a year prior to construction, working extensively with the design team to ensure the project met the owner’s budget, schedule, and quality goals.
