On a 93-acre site, Project Diana is a five-story automated robotics fulfillment center. There are three mezzanines and two platforms in the facility. Layton completed this massive facility in 10 months by using precast exterior skin and panelized interior steel erection and pouring concrete for five months straight. To stay on schedule, Layton used one on-site and two off-site batch plants to place 3,500 cubic yards of concrete per day until the 80-acre site was paved.
