Penske Warehouse TI and Cold Storage

Layton completed the tenant improvement for Penske Logistics to meet the needs of a well-known coffee shop. The facility includes office and warehouse areas along with 24,000 SF of freezer space, 9,000 SF of cooler space, and a 20,000 SF cold dock. The project team worked diligently through preconstruction to overcome supply chain challenges and keep the project on schedule.
