In 2017, ICS completed a three-story, 61,000 SF tenant improvement for Extra Space’s headquarters, including staircases with open face risers and wood flooring, a server room, a specialized, full-length concrete wall system, DIRTT wall system and doorways, and a board room. We were called on again a few years later when the company wished to expand to another floor. This 25,000 SF addition includes matching colors, seamless finishes, and an interior stairway that connects to the existing stairway.
