Adding to an existing facility, this expansion and tenant improvement included several upgrades and new spaces to meet growing needs and improve services. It included a CRU, 3,100 SF cancer treatment center, an infusion center with 17 stations, patient rooms, nurse stations, pathology lab, pharmacy, and office space. Layton also upgraded the lighting system and controls to mimic the circadian rhythm of the body. The team worked closely during design to ensure the facility suited staff and patient needs, making tweaks to the mechanical system and maintaining the schedule despite changes.
