The Mount Regis Center is a 48-bed, 16-patient room facility, but it's the schedule and challenges overcome on the project that truly makes it stand out. Already working on an expedited schedule, the Layton team stepped up when a fire started at the existing facility. Layton immediately developed a plan to speed up construction, bringing on additional crews and extending work hours to ultimately deliver the project six weeks ahead of schedule and meet the immediate need for a new facility.
