Short days. Tall order.
Across significant renovations, Layton completed critical upgrades inside and a cosmetic facelift to improve the aging facility. Working in the operating hospital through short winter days, the project team worked under extensive ICRA and ILSM—phasing construction to reduce impact and maintain safety. Work included a CUP expansion, additional med/surg rooms, third-floor women’s services renovations (including L&D, post-partum, and nursing station areas), fourth-floor CCU nurse station and CVSU patient room upgrades, a doctors' dining room, and renovations in a separate MOB.
