Layton was selected to complete several phases of Moulton Niguel Water District’s improvement plan at their Plant 2A site. We constructed a 46,000 SF, two-story operations building, a 4,800 SF fleet maintenance facility, two support buildings with lockers and emergency generators, a fuel station relocation and expansion, and warehouse storage refurbishment totaling approximately 22,000 SF. Construction was specifically planned and coordinated to allow continuous use of the current site and maintain services to MNWD’s customers.
