Deloitte at 100 Mill

Layton completed a two-phase Class A office expansion for Deloitte on the 18th floor of 100 Mill in Tempe. Phase I established their new regional presence with a work café, flexible workstations, and conference rooms featuring Arizona-inspired graphics and desert murals overlooking Tempe Town Lake. Phase II expanded the space with additional conference rooms, huddle areas, and dozens of workstations to accommodate growing staff. The project featured nearly 20 custom wallcoverings, K13 acoustical treatment, and budget-conscious solutions delivered on an occupied floor.
