The Noorda Center for the Performing Arts

As part of Layton’s continuing work on Utah Valley University's campus, our team built a world-class performing arts center with an 878-seat concert hall containing a 130-seat choir loft—one of the most acoustically nuanced halls in the nation. The Noorda also includes a 501-seat proscenium theater, a dance theatre for 175, an intimate recital hall with room for 125, a 150-seat black box theatre, an art-filled atrium, offices, classrooms, training rooms, practice spaces, and teaching studios.
