Clearwater, FL and Pembroke Pines, FL (March 13, 2025) – Layton Construction is continuing to grow its presence in Florida’s healthcare market with the groundbreaking of two new freestanding emergency departments (FSEDs) in Clearwater and Pembroke Pines, the ribbon cutting of HCA Florida Wellen Park Emergency on March 21, and the recent award of a new FSED project in Spring Hill.
With four significant FSED projects in just three weeks—three of which involve the same design team—Layton’s deep experience in healthcare construction is on full display.
