Layton served as general contractor for a confidential hyperscale data center in Goodyear, AZ, a 50-acre master-planned campus built from the ground up for expansion. The first phase delivers the initial 16MW quadrant of a 64MW facility, with site infrastructure already in place for the remaining three. A modular, phased delivery approach kept the schedule aggressive without compromising the power, cooling, and redundancy systems a hyperscale operation demands.
