TriStar Summit Medical Center

Transforming a hospital requires trust, foresight, and collaboration. Layton led the comprehensive expansion of TriStar Summit Medical Center, delivering a three-story tower and a full renovation aimed at elevating care and operational flow. The project introduced 24 ICU beds, a modernized kitchen and dining area, and a refreshed main lobby. Shell space was also included for future expansion and support services. Working within an active hospital, we collaborated closely with staff and leadership to ensure every phase progressed with minimal disruption to daily hospital operations.
