ICS completed this tenant improvement in the 95 State building at City Creek in downtown Salt Lake City. Having completed seven previous projects in this occupied, first generation high-rise, we understand the building’s requirements and protocols, which enabled us to work efficiently to deliver a new office space for Conservice, a utility management company.
