The five-story office tenant improvement included interconnected weathered steel stairwells, a massive video wall, open and closed office spaces, expansive meeting areas, a full-service café, fitness center with yoga room, bike room, picnic area, athletic courts, and mother’s rooms. Who wouldn’t want to work here?
