A place to ignite innovation.
We helped fuel Traeger’s growth with a new headquarters. Transforming the historic Newspaper Agency Company building, the team had to be creative and resourceful in designing the space to fit the new functionality. This vibrant hub features a range of amenities, including offices, a retail showroom, a training kitchen, barrel roof area, and a unique indoor/outdoor patio. Each space was designed to accommodate both productivity and enjoyment for over 500 employees.

Navigating a limited existing footprint.
The project involved extensive excavation work, requiring us to dig all the way down to the footings. Additionally, given the building’s age, steel reinforcements were added to all existing walls. By strategically addressing the restrictions of the existing footprint and incorporating innovative design solutions, we revitalized the building, transitioning it into a modern and efficient space.
