Attention to Detail

The style of the halls are traditional collegiate gothic. In addition to the 7-story, 220,000 SF units, Layton is constructing a 20-story apartment tower.

The amount and detail of masonry and the roof structure introduces enormous challenges to the project. Besides the traditional college dorms, other aspects include cafeterias, study rooms, gymnasiums and activity centers.
