Filling A Need

Constructed across from the Apple Campus, the 6-story project consisted of 204 two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 1,300 to 1,800 square feet in size. The units are arranged around a 35,000-square-foot landscaped courtyard and above 60,000 square feet of retail space.

The courtyard features brick planters, a play area, barbecues and a dog park with artificial grass. The entire project encompasses over 650,000 square feet.
