Project Description

Ferrero Ferrara

Ferrero Ferrara is an industrial tilt-panel, built-to-suit structure for Ferrero USA. The building was completed on time and within budget and will add to Ferrero’s distribution capacity for several candy brands. The tenant improvement for Ferrero includes new warehouse racking for 68,000 pallet positions, 800 tons of HVAC, vertical levelers, a fully insulated building envelope, lighting, and 10,700 SF of office space. Additionally, Ferrero has the first and only Heidebed® Ductilcrete floor-slab system in Arizona. The warehouse is constantly maintained at 60 degrees in order to keep Ferrero’s chocolate and confectionary inventory at the proper temperature. Energy-efficient options included LED lighting, ceiling and wall insulation, thermal glass, and clerestory windows.
