The Worthington
Progress in downtown
Salt Lake City.
This 31-story, high-rise multi-unit residential tower will bring 359 luxury units to the area. It will house 5,800 SF of space for ground-floor retail and 359 parking stalls on four stories above ground. There will be more than 15,000 SF of indoor and outdoor amenity space, including rooftop views, a 12th floor pool, gym, and ample gathering space. When completed, this skyline-altering tower will set a new standard for luxury housing in the Mountain West region.
Worthington is underway.
Project Updates
Level 14 was poured the week of May 8, 2023, which means the final form of the tower is taking shape. Levels 14-29 are nearly identical in floorplan and layout. Concrete crews will pour a new level each week.
Interior build-out has commenced with finishes on the way soon.
From above, the outline of the exterior pool is visible. The southern views from the 12th floor have excellent sunsets according to crews onsite.
