PHOENIX (December 2, 2019) — Layton Construction announced today that Candace Rosauro has joined the company to further business development efforts in Layton’s Arizona business unit.

Rosauro is a 13-year industry veteran with significant experience in business development. She has previously worked as an estimator and project manager and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Rosauro joins Layton at a time in which the company has experienced exponential growth in Arizona and nationwide. In 2019, Layton was named the Arizona General Contractor of the Year by AZRE, and the company is consistently ranked among the top commercial contractors in the nation. It is currently the 44th largest builder on ENR’s Top 400 Commercial Contractors list, with revenues of $1.8 billion annually.

Rosauro is a member of the NAIOP AZ Board of Directors and holds a master’s degree in construction management from Arizona State University. She is also a member of the NAIOP National Membership Committee and Greater Phoenix Economic Council (GPEC) Certified Ambassador Steering Committee.
