The Office of Family Services is operated by the state of Utah and provides programs that help citizens who are substance abusers, people with disabilities, abused children, young offenders, the mentally ill and people trying to obtain child support.

These twin facilities consist of exam rooms, interview rooms, a treatment center and a counseling center. The facilities are designed to feature natural light and are decorated in soothing colors with intimate spaces intended to help people feel comfortable and secure at times of unrest in their lives.
