Layton provided construction management services for the Holcim Office and Maintenance Facility. In addition, Layton self-performed the concrete work, which had unique features. The tilt-up panels are accented with reveals and a sand blast finish. To add a dynamic element to the concrete, Layton used a color-stained concrete.

With the facility’s location in a mountain setting and the project’s timing during the winter months, Layton poured the tilt-up concrete panels during winter conditions. Despite the weather constraints, Layton successfully completed the project within time specifications.
